1. Would you be willing to lower your prices?

Unfortunately we are currently unable to lower our prices. We sell the TV’s for only $20-$25 over the price we pay for them, which is how we are able to offer you brand new, name brand Plasma, LCD and LED television sets at prices significantly lower than competing vendors and dealers.

2. I purchased an item from Diaz Bros Electronics and it is not working properly. What can I do?

3. How much do you charge for delivery?

We calculate delivery charges based on distance from zip code 90019 in Los Angeles. Currently delivery is $1/mile from zip code 90019. Most locations delivery fees are under $20, which is significantly lower than the competition. Remember, here at Diaz Bros we are available to deliver and install your new plasma HD TV, even if you don’t buy it from us!

4. Are there additional charges for TV installation?

We are proud to provide professional plasma, LCD and LED flat screen TV installation/mounting services at competitive rates. We are able to mount any TV in any location- even in tricky places! Our pricing structure for mounting and installation follows:

Mount Installation:
18″ to 32″ $125  (+25 for fully articulating mount)
33″ to 46″ $140 (+25 for fully articulating mount)
47″ to 55″ $160 (+25 for fully articulating mount)
56″ to 65″ $180 (+25 for fully articulating mount)
65″+…..    $200

*Add $80 per room for exposed surround sound wiring up to 100 ft.
*Add $25 for each additional 100 ft.
*Add $50 per hour for hidden surround sound wiring (minimum 3 hours)
